Search for catalog products
Using the Search field, you will be able to search for an item by entering the first few characters of its name, its order code or its description. As you type, the list of items displayed will automatically update.
Note: The default is all catalogues are selected. If this box is unchecked and no catalog is selected, the system does not filter any product.
- Click the drop-down arrow in the Catalogs field to view the catalog list.
- Choose one, more, or all catalogs, by checking the relevant tick boxes.
- Click in the Search field and enter the text required. The text field is not case-sensitive.
For example, search for an item based on its exact name; for example 'b30' would return the following result: -
A blue icon
appears on the right-hand side of the search field to indicate that a filter has been applied.
- To clear the current filter, click the blue icon which will then be removed from the search field.
