IMPORTANT: This article is intended for Mozaik Admin Account users
This is a guide to upgrading an existing Mozaik subscription to another Mozaik product:
- Login into your Cyncly Account.
- Click on the Manage Subscriptions & Products tab.
- Expand the Subscription you wish to upgrade.
- Click on the dropdown menu under upgrade to, and select the Mozaik product you wish to upgrade to. Once you’ve done this, the information regarding payment, number of seats and renewal will be displayed.
- Click on Upgrade. A pop-up window will display the same information and you’ll have to confirm your upgrade by clicking Confirm. A green colored confirmation popup will let you know this transaction has been complete and an order confirmation email will be sent.
