Introduction
Users can access the Support Center, a comprehensive online library that is always available, filled with an extensive number of useful articles covering all aspects of the program with helpful guides, tips, tricks and troubleshooting. You can also get help from an agent using the live chat function which means a ticket will be created for you instantly. You can submit tickets, track your ticket status and see ticket history within the Support Center.
Users can access the Support Center by clicking the Help button in the program itself.
However, you can also access the Support Center directly through an internet browser. This can be useful when using a second screen or device to display an article whilst using your application on the main screen.
To open the Support Center in an internet browser window:
In the address bar, enter the URL:
https://design.support.cyncly.com/hc/en-us
Searching for articles and leaving a help request

Registering your credentials to enable Sign in
- Before accessing some of the Support Center features you will need to be signed in. If you are using the new Support Center for the first time you will need to register or reset your password.
- In the upper right corner of the Support Center click Sign in.
- On the Sign in window, click the Sign up link at the bottom left.
- Enter your name and email address. We suggest using the same email as you use to sign in to the software.
- You will receive an email with information on how to register.
Note: If you are an existing customer your email might be registered in our system, if this is the case the email you receive will request that you reset your password. If you are a new user you will be requested to create a password.
- Once you enter your new password you will be returned to the Support Center. You should see your name in the upper right corner. You can now Submit a Ticket or use My Tickets to track their progress.

Following an article or section
The .gif below shows how to follow an article or section, this can be very useful; for example to be notified of new articles in the What's New section, or to be notified when changes are made to the Hardware Requirements article. You will receive notifications via an email to your sign in address.
