On the Flex platform you can use your email credentials and authorize Flex to send emails without taking any additional steps.
To enable Design Flex to attach documents to the correct email account follow the steps below:
- Go to your windows search bar and type Apps
- Select the option Default Apps
- Under the option for Email ensure the correct account is selected.
On the Flex platform when you select a document you will see the option Send Email, this will use your default email account and open a new email with the document attached.
