You can lock objects to prevent them from being moved accidentally when dragging objects (with the left mouse button) on a floor plan/elevation area.
If needed, select the item categories you wish to lock or unlock in the Lock/Unlock Settings window.
In the Home ribbon, click the Lock button
Tip: You can override this setting by using the right mouse button.
