Importar o exportar una biblioteca

Para facilitar a los usuarios compartir sus bibliotecas, el Idea Center ofrece la Importación, la Exportación y los comandos de la biblioteca.

 

Exportar

Una vez que haya guardado ideas en una biblioteca, puede exportar la biblioteca para compartirla con otros usuarios.

Siga los pasos siguientes para exportar una biblioteca:

1. In the File menu, click Idea Center and click Idea Center Management.
   The Idea Center Management dialog box opens.
   
   

2. In the Idealist, select the library.
   
   

3. Click Export.
   
   

4. In the Export dialog box, browse to the folder where you want to save the library.
   
   

5. Type the name for the library in the File name field.
   
   

6. Haga clic en Guardar.

Importar

Una vez exportada una biblioteca, está disponible para que otros usuarios la importen.

Siga los pasos siguientes para importar una biblioteca:

1. In the File menu, point to Idea Center and select Idea Center Management.
   The Idea Center Management dialog box opens.
   
   

2. In the Idea Center Management dialog box, click Import.
   
   

3. In the Import dialog box, browse to the library (*.icf) to be imported.
   
   

4. Select the file and click Open.

 

Note: If you import a library that already exists in the Idea Center, you will be prompted whether you want to:
— replace the existing library: the existing library and all its ideas will be erased and replaced by the one you are importing
— rename the library you are importing

The library will be added to the Ideas list and will be selected automatically.
