To cancel your subscription's upcoming renewal, you must have an Admin role in the Account, then follow these steps:
- Log into your Cyncly Account
- Go to Manage Subscription and Products.
- Select Manage Subscription, then choose Cancel Subscription.
Note: You may be asked to complete a security verification.
- On the cancellation page, click Cancel.
- Confirm by clicking OK.
