The Accessories & Extra Costs command allows you to add items that will appear on reports, but not on the design.
Complete the following steps to use the Accessories & Extra Costs command:

In the ITEMS ribbon, click the Accessories & Extra Costs button
The Item List appears and the Accessories & Extra Costs dialog box opens.

In the dialog box, double-click an accessory or cost category.

Select the item and click Place to add the item to the Accessories and Extra Costs tab of the Item List.

Make another selection or click Close to close the dialog box.

To return to the Floor Plan/Elevation of the design, click the Show Design button in the Quick Access toolbar.
