Create an invoice, edit the invoice and generate a pdf all on the Flex platform.
Create an Invoice
- On the Flex platform select the Project with the design and click on Project Details in the top toolbar.
- Select Designs in the top toolbar. Here you will see a list of Designs that have been created.
- Select Create Invoice under the more options button
in the row of the Design you want to raise this Invoice for.
- Fill in the details for the Invoice. Select a future date, the amount, currency and payment terms.
- Once everything is filled out the Create button in the bottom right corner will become selectable. Click Create when you are ready.
- The Edit Invoice window will open for you to add any further detail. Select Save when you are ready.
Edit an Invoice
- On the Flex platform select the Project with the design and click on Project Details in the top toolbar.
- Select the option Invoices on the top toolbar.
- Select Edit invoice in the more options icon in the row of the Invoice you want to edit.
- This will open the Edit Invoice window and enable you make any changes you want to make.
- Make your changes and click on Save.
Print an Invoice
- On the Flex platform select the Project with the design and click on Project Details in the top toolbar.
- Select the option Invoices on the top toolbar.
- Select Print invoice in the more options icon in the row of the Invoice you want to print.
