Create a payment link from the Flex platform which allows your customer to make a secure payment directly to you.
- Follow the steps outlined in Create a payment and select the Payment method as Cyncly Payments.
- Select the option Generate Link in the row of the payment you have created.
- Select the copy icon in the Generate Payment Link window.
- You can send this link to your customer.
- The link will take your customer to a secure online payment. Once they have made the payment you will receive an email and the Payment Status will automatically update.
