Once you have entered a payment on the payments tab you can create a receipt of this payment to send to the customer.
To create a payment see: Design Flex: Create a payment
To create a receipt follow the steps below:
- On the Flex platform select the Project with the design and click on Project Details in the top toolbar.
- Select the option Payments on the top toolbar.
- Select Print receipt in the more options icon in the row of the Payment you want to create a receipt for.
- Select the template to apply to the receipt and click Generate PDF.
- You will now be able to view this on the Documents tab for this Project.
