From version 14.9 Design Flex includes a Feedback button that lets you quickly share your experience with Cyncly without leaving the application.
Using this button, you can open a short Voice of the Customer survey directly inside Design Flex and tell us what’s working well or where we can improve. Your feedback helps us make Design Flex better for you and other users.
How to submit feedback
You can submit feedback at any time while working in Design Flex.
- Sign in to Design Flex as usual.
- Find the Feedback button, in the upper‑right corner of the application next to your user name.
- Open the survey by clicking the icon
- The Voice of the Customer survey opens.
- Complete the survey and submit your feedback.
What happens to your feedback
Feedback is collected through Cyncly’s Voice of the Customer platform.
