The Add Cut command allows you to add right-angled cuts to surface or linear items, such as countertops and toe kicks.
Complete the following steps to use the Add Cut command:

Point to the surface or linear item that you want to add a cut to, right-click, and select Edit Shape.

Point to the inside of a surface item or near a line of a linear item, right-click, and select Add Cut from the Section Menu.
