You can find the latest Design versions available for download through your Cyncly Account.
Please keep in mind that only licenses with active Support can access the Design version downloads.
Here are the steps to help you download a Design version:
- Log in to your Cyncly Account
- Choose Downloads & Catalogs from the menu on the left.
- Find the Design version you want under Full Versions
- Click on the file name ending with .exe to begin downloading.
- Once the download finishes, open your Downloads folder and double-click the .exe file to start the installation.
Note: If you need to download older versions such as Design Live Version 9, Design Live Version 10, Design Live Version 11, Design Live Version 12, or Design Live Version 13, please contact our support team. We will verify your license and, if you are eligible, provide you with an official download link for these versions.
