- Remove the USB key from the computer and set it aside.
- Open the Windows Control Panel and then Choose to Uninstall a Program.
- Select Sentinel Protection Installer from the list of programs and choose Uninstall.
- Reboot the computer after the program has been removed.
- Download a copy of the Sentinel Driver by clicking here.
- Install the Sentinel Driver choosing the complete installation option.
- Reboot the computer at the end of the installation if prompted.
- Once the computer has finished rebooting, plug in the USB key.
