Use the Legend (Unique numbering only)) check box command to add a legend to your reports. This option is not available for some reports.
Complete the following steps to produce reports:

In the PRESENTATION ribbon, click Reports. The Report Dialog dialog box opens.

In the Report Dialog dialog box, select one of the following reports and click OK.
Cabinet Lists
Contract
Cost/Sell
Cut/Door List
Installations
Items by Section
Item List
Lighting Report
Order Form
Quote

In the General tab of the Options dialog box, select Legend (from active floor plan) check box, and click View.

Make your selections in the Options dialog box.

Click View to view the report.

Click Save to save the report.
The report is displayed and the Legend column appears, as shown in the following figure.
