Complete the following steps to generate a Quote report:

In the Report Dialog dialog box, select Quote. The Options dialog box opens.

Make your selections in the Options dialog box (see below).

Click View to view the report.

Click Save to save the report.

Report title identifies or labels the report. You can leave the preset title or type your own. Keep in mind that this field affects the title located at the top of your printed report. We recommend that you use the title case capitalization format in this field.

Select the order in which you want items to appear on the report from the Sort order list.

Select the item descriptive information that displays on the report from the Nomenclature list.

The Logo path indicates the file location of the logo, which appears in the top-right corner of the report. If you do not want a logo on the report, clear the Logo check box. To change the logo, type the path of the logo in the Logo path field, or click the Browse button and navigate to the logo. Click here for more information about adding logos.

Select the check box for any other information that you want to display on the reports.

Select the Group identical items check box to group identical items on the report.

Select the Information on Features and Options check box if you used F&O catalogs to create the current design.
