- When you can’t connect to the cloud server
- When your cloud catalogs aren’t showing up

- Download the app: CLICK HERE to download the cache-clearing tool Clear cloud cache.
- Run the application: Once downloaded, open or run the file 2020clearcloudcache.exe.
- Set the required configuration: Configure the application using the settings provided below:
