Add notes and attachments when you contact a lead to keep a track of what was discussed and when last contact was made.
Follow the steps below to add a note or attachment to a lead:
- On the Leads tab on the Flex platform select the lead from the list.
- Select the tab Notes or Attachments.
- On the Notes tab select Add note
Or
On the Attachments tab select Attach new document.
- The option Add note will open a new window that you can type your notes into. Select Add once complete.
Or
The option Attach new document will open the file explorer so you can navigate to the file you wish to attach. Once selected in the window you can update the Type of document you have attached and select either Attach new document to add another document or, Upload files.
