When a Contact is created from a Lead, the Contact details include the Lead source information. A reference to the originating Lead appears on the Contact details page, allowing you to view the Lead source(s) directly from the Contact record.
Note: Contacts not created from a lead will display No Leads found for this Contact.
Follow the steps below to see the source of a contact:
- On the Flex Cloud platform click Contacts.
- Click the name of the required Contact. Note: you can use the filter at the top to search for a contact by name.
- Select the Leads tab. The latest updated Lead will be shown at the top of the list.
- The third column shows the Source of the Contact.
- If the Leads tab is greyed out it means you don't have permissions to view Leads and you need to contact your Administrator. If no Leads are linked, a message will appear No leads found for this contact.
