It is now possible to add a lead status with a color in the Flex Cloud platform. This will then show in the Leads tab and will make it easier to view and filter on leads under different status markers. The filter option now has an option for the Status. The status can be updated in the Flex Cloud platform and there is a record of who changed the status with a timestamp.
How to customize the project status
- Open the Flex Cloud platform
- Click on the
at the bottom of the left hand menu bar.
- Under Admin area select Custom settings.
- Select the tab for Lead Statuses, there is a drop down Language box so you can manage different languages used across the company.
- Select the options to view and use in Flex. There are also 9 user defined fields that can be customized to show an option not pre-set in Flex. The color is also customizable.
- Select Save Settings.
How to change the project status and filter by status
In the Flex platform:
- Click the leads icon in the left hand menu bar and, from the leads list, select the lead.
- In the Edit Lead window you can select Lead Status and pick from the drop down options.
Note: to view the history of a lead you can select the tab History in the Edit Lead window.
- Select Save Lead on the top toolbar and return to the leads list - here you can filter by the Lead status.
