Obtaining and downloading a catalog
You will need to obtain a manufacturer catalog from the manufacturer's website or from your Cyncly account.
Obtaining a catalog from Your Cyncly Account:
- Open your Internet browser, go to Cyncly Account and sign in.
- Select Downloads & Catalogs on the left side.
- In the 2020 Catalog Content field, reach for the 2020 Catalog Updates section.
- Search for the desired catalog in the catalogs list.
- Download the catalog
The catalog files are compressed into a .zip file (e.g. Sample_F.zip). Some manufacturers will have their catalogs with the .exe extension - to install these catalogs, simply double-click on the file to begin the installation.

The catalog installation will start and the progress is displayed in the dialog above.
- In the success window, click OK
- Repeat to install more catalogs or click Close to exit the Catalog Manager
- Open Design and the newly installed catalog(s) will appear in the Local Browser at the bottom of the list, unless show by manufacturer is checked.
Note: The catalog .zip file is no longer needed. You can delete it if necessary or store it for future installations.
