Replace an item with one from the local browser

Complete the following steps to replace an item on your design with an item from the Local Browser:

1. On the Floor Plan or Elevation area, select the item that you want to replace.
   
   

2. In the View ribbon, click Local Browser.
   
   

3. In the Local Browser list, select the new item, right-click, and select Replace.
   
   If the new item does not fit in the design, beeps or displays a message and does not replace the item.
