Specify the type of sink required

If the Countertop Wizard detects a sink on your plan, you will need to specify the sink type, cutout edge, and material when applicable.

Complete the following steps to specify sink information:

1. Select the sink and click the Edit button.
   
   

2. Select the dimension of the sink base cabinet.
   
   

3. If available, select Undermount or Drop-in.
   
   Note! Options vary depending on the manufacturer.
   
   

4. If the sink is provided by the customer, select Cast Iron or Non Cast Iron in the Select sink material pane.
   
   

5. If the sink is Undermount and Select sink cutout edge options are available, select the cutout edge.
   
   

6. Click Next.
   
   

7. If you are using Solid Surface countertops and drain boards are required for the sink, select the location of the drain board and specify the drain board width. Click Next.
   
   Drain boards are lateral grooves on the countertop that drain liquid toward the sink. Drain boards are only sold by specific manufacturers. They are not represented graphically on designs, but are priced on reports.
   
   

8. Repeat the previous steps for all detected sinks.
   
   To delete a sink from the list, select it and click the Delete button.
   
   To change the selections of a sink, select it and click the Edit button.
