The Stretch/Crop command allows you to stretch or crop surface or linear item sections. For instructions on stretching or cropping an entire countertop or trim, see Stretch/crop a countertop or trim.
Complete the following steps to use the Stretch/Crop command:
-
Point to the item that you want to modify, right-click, and select Edit Shape.
-
Point to the inside surface of an item section or near the line of a linear item, right-click, and select Stretch/Crop from the Section Menu.
-
Select the surface item section to indicate the first boundary beyond which there will be no stretching or cropping. The direction for stretching or cropping is always parallel to the selected line.
-
Select the second boundary beyond which there will be no stretching or cropping.
-
Move the pointer in the direction opposite to the first boundary line to stretch/crop the area bound by both lines. Click to set the new dimensions, or type a value in the Placement Box and press ENTER. The areas outside the boundary lines are not altered.
