When sending an order to Live Order, the message Unknown catalog may appear.
This happens when the files you are sending to Live Order contain catalogs that are being used for the first time. In this case, these catalogs must be mapped before you can proceed.
To map the catalog, follow these steps:
Click Map Catalog.
In the Catalog Name field, enter a name of your choice.
In the Manufacturer and Map to Catalog fields, select the manufacturer of the catalog in question and the catalog code you are importing, respectively.
Click Save.
Once the process is completed, you can proceed with sending the order.
