The Merchant Portal allows you to view payments, manage disputes, configure notifications, and review payouts and statements.
Access the Merchant Portal
- On Flex Cloud, go to Billing > Merchant Portal.
Payments tab
View payments
- Select the Payments tab.
- Open the Payments sub‑tab to view all transactions.
- Click a transaction to view payment details.
- Use filters to narrow results.
Manage disputes
- Open the Disputes sub‑tab.
- Select a dispute to view details or take action.
Manage payment links
- Open the Payment Links sub‑tab.
- Click the three‑dot menu next to a link.
- Select Extend or Expire.
Merchant tab
Update notifications
- Open the Merchant tab and select a Merchant ID.
- In Notifications, click Edit.
- Enter one or more email addresses and select Add.
- Click Save.
Configure fraud settings
- In Fraud Settings, click Edit.
- Adjust CVV and billing postcode checks as required.
- Click Save.
Payout tab
- Open the Payout tab to view bank deposits.
- Select a payout to see transaction details and totals.
- Use Export to download payout data.
Statement tab
- Monthly statements are posted on the 5th business day of the following month.
- Statements are listed by most recent month first.
