From version 14.9 you will see a more intuitive light settings for the Cycles render engine. All controls have been consolidated into one lighting panel with four quick start presets described below.
To edit light effects, click on the Light Effects button in the Rendering Dashboard
Use the sliders in the lighting dialog to make changes to the light effects.
Default
This is the standard view which can be configured using the sliders.
Midday
This is ideal for spaces with natural light and openings.
Sunset
Adds a warm color making more atmospheric and dramatic renders.
Studio
Perfect for smaller spaces with the look of staged interior lights.
