Once you have activated Flex you may want to roll it out to Design Flex users gradually; this could mean to a single user, a specific team or a certain number of users at a time.
Important! If a user is set to No Access in Flex but has a Design subscription assigned to them in Cyncly Account, they can still access and use the design software without requiring Flex.
Note: Only Admins that have activated the Flex Cloud can enable or disable access to the platform for each user.
On the Flex platform:
- Click the settings cog icon
at the bottom of the left hand menu bar.
- Under Admin area select
Users, this will show a list of all users with access to the Flex platform.
- Select the user you wish to disable access for, then under the Showroom name click the drop-down menu and select No Access. This will mean that when the user launches Design Flex they will no longer see the Flex platform and will not be able to save anything to it. They will still be able to save locally.
Note: If your company has more than one shop then you would need to disable access for each one of them. Disabling access may take up to five minutes to action.
