When you have already entered your email address and password in the Cloud dialog box, it keeps spinning and Design will not open.
This behavior may happen sometimes after a software update. In this case, you can try either of the two options below.
Option 1
Close the Cloud dialog box and attempt to sign in again.
Option 2
- Close Design program.
- Remove the 2020 folders in the following path (Users\ [your username] \AppData\Local).
To reach the folders:
- Open File Explorer/Windows Explorer.
- Type %localappdata% into the address bar and hit Enter.
4. Run Design program.
