When attempting to log in to Design Flex, you may encounter the following error message:
Invalid local license. Error code: [CMNetEr #14].
This message indicates that the program is having trouble validating the local license information stored on your computer.
How to Fix the Issue
Follow the steps below in order. In most cases, one of these steps resolves the problem.

- Restart Your Computer.
- Temporarily Disable Your Antivirus.

IMPORTANT: This procedure does not delete catalogs or designs, but it will reset all preferences and custom settings in Design Flex.
