There are several possible ways of resolving these errors:
Option 1
Clear Cache
- Close Design program
- Follow these steps to clear the program cache:

Option 2
This may be caused by applications installed on your computer that may be preventing the connection to our server:
- Killer Performance Driver (Killer Control Center)
- SmartByte Drivers and Services
- Arctic Wolf Endpoint Security
- WatchGuard
Note: These are not essential applications but rather bloatware often referred to as optimization apps.
Option 3
VPN (Virtual private network) issues.
VPN (Virtual private network) issues.
It can be caused by a VPN when you are working offline, and your computer is still connected to it. Since VPN is still considered a network connection, Design will try to connect via the VPN and prompt the error message.
Option 4
Firewall blocking. To run features without any issues, you need to exclude the following links from your firewall(s):
- URLs called during the use of Design Live V13.7 and onwards
- URLs called during the use of Design Live V13.6 and Older
