How to center items

• You can center an item in relation to the wall/construction line it is attached to.
  
  
• Center an item in relation to other items on the same wall/construction line.
  
  
• Center a freestanding item (a cabinet on the floor area, for example).

Center an item in relation to a wall:

1. In the Floor Plan or Elevation area, select the item.
   
   

2. In the HOME Ribbon click the Center button.
   Alternatively, you can select the item, right-click, and select Center from the pop-up menu.
   
   

3. Press the ENTER key.

Center an item in relation other items on the same wall/construction line

1. In the Floor Plan or Elevation area, select the item.
   
   

2. In the HOME ribbon, click the Center button.
   Alternatively, you can select the item, right-click, and choose Center from the pop-up menu.
   
   

3. Select the item(s) to center from.
   
   

      4. Press the ENTER key.

              
 

Center a freestanding item

Complete the following steps to center an item located on the floor area:

1. In the Floor Plan or Elevation area, select the item.
   
   

2. In the HOME ribbon, click the Center button. 
   Alternatively, you can select the freestanding item, right-click, and select Center from the pop-up menu.
   
   

3. Select the items(s) (wall or other items) to center from.
    

4. Press the ENTER key.
