Highlighted in yellow, we can see the fields previously entered in Design Information.
14. The Add-in verifies that the values entered in Customer or Designer Email text boxes are valid email addresses. If not, an error message is displayed in the form of a tooltip next to the control.
15. Clicking on the Export button will launch the export process, validating if mandatory fields were filled. An error message is displayed if one or more mandatory fields is/are missing.
16. If all fields were filled with valid values, the Add-in generates a unique Job ID.
You will receive an email with your Job ID and a link to the Caesarstone Portal to view your detailed quote.
Note: The export to Caesarstone Connect is only available to registered Connect users. If you’d like to become a registered user contact csconnect@caesarstoneus.com
Important Note: If a colored grid (warning pattern) appears on your countertop, hover your mouse over the grid and check the error in the bottom right corner. Any countertop sections with an error will not be included in the total square footage calculation. An example of an error is depth of section exceeds maximum depth of model chosen. In this instance, a cut is required for Design Live to calculate, once a cut is added you can validate the section and once all errors are removed it is ready to export.
