Complete the following steps to create a library:

In the File menu, click Idea Center and click Idea Center Management.
The Idea Center Management dialog box opens. -
Click Add Library.

Complete the Library name and Library description fields (mandatory).

Click Select to choose the library image (.jpg format).

In the Select Image dialog box, select the image and then click Open.

In the Idea Center Management dialog box, click Save.
