How to draw an ellipse

The Ellipse command allows you to draw an oval shape on your design.

Complete the following steps to apply the Ellipse command:

1. In the Annotations ribbon, click Ellipse
   
   

2. In the Floor Plan or Elevation area, click the center point where you want to start drawing the ellipse.
   
   

3. Move the pointer to expand the shape and click to confirm the radius, or enter the Radius X and Radius Y coordinates in the Placement box and press ENTER.
