The Headers and Footers tabs allows you to insert additional information on the report.
The Headers tab contains two fields. The information that you enter in the Report header field appears on the top of the first page of the report. The information that you enter in the Page header field appears at the top of each page of the report, except the first page.

In the Report Dialog dialog box, select the desired report.

The Options dialog box opens. Click the Headers tab.
The Footers tab contains two fields. The information that you enter in the Report footer field appears at the bottom of the last page of the report. The information that you enter in the Page footer field appears at the bottom of every page of the report.
