Do the following...

Select a printer at this point

Select a printer from the Name list. Click the Properties button to change the properties of the selected printer.

Preview all of the Floor Plan views you have accessed in this session (Display tabs that you clicked on), as well as all Elevation views that you added

In the Range pane, select All accessed views.

Preview the current Floor Plan and, if added, the current Elevation

In the Range pane, select Current Work area(s).

Select which floor plan and elevation view to preview

In the Range pane, select Selection. Click here for instructions on using the Display Tab Selections dialog box.

Choose the number of copies to eventually print

Enter a number in the Number of copies field.

Preview only the portion of the design seen on screen

In the Print Area pane, select Display; otherwise, leave Entire design selected.

Preview according to a specific scale (from the center of the design)

In the Print Scale pane, select Ratio and enter a scale size (in imperial inches or in metric millimeters).

If you select Fit to page, the Floor Plan/Elevation will occupy the maximum available space on paper.

Note! If the ratio is too large to print on one page, a print preview of the Floor Plan/Elevation views displays. Use the Mover button to select a specific region or to change the ratio.

In the Print Mode list, choose between Work Area, Wireframe, Hidden, Color, Texture, Color with Edges, and Texture with Edges. The Work Area mode prints non rendered Floor Plans/Elevations.

If you selected EZ Render (available exclusively in 2020 Design Live application), Color and texture modes are carried out automatically by the system.

In the Range pane, select All Item List Tabs.

Preview the current Item List tab

In the Range pane, select Current tab.

Select which Item List tab(s) to preview

In the Range pane, select Selection. Click here for instructions on using the Item List Tab Selections dialog box.

In the Lines pane, select the Selected Items check box.

Renumber items in the selection to preview
