Make sure the active window is the Item List.

If necessary, change the defaults for the paper size, source, and orientation; the title block position; and/or the margins using File, Print, Print Setup.

In the File menu, point to Print and select Print in the right column.

In the Range pane, select All Item List Tabs. |

Choose the number of copies to print |
Enter a number in the Number of copies field. |

Print only the items in the selected range |
In the Lines pane, select the Selected Items check box. |

Renumber items in the selection to print |
In the Lines pane, select the Renumber line(s) in selected item(s) check box. |
