Select the drawing layouts to print

To select the view(s) that you want to print, choose from the following options:

  1. Click the Show Drawing Layout icon located on the quick access toolbar.

  2. Make sure the active window is the Drawing Layout.

  3. In the FILE menu, point to Print and select Print in the right column. The Print-Drawing Layout dialog box opens

  4. Specify the drawing layout(s) to print by typing the names of the display tabs in the Selection field in the Print-Drawing Layout dialog box.
    For example, Drawing 1-Drawing 3 would print three sheets: drawing 1, 2 and 3; whereas, Drawing 1,Drawing 3 would print only two sheets: drawing 1 and 3.

  5. Click the Browse button  beside the Selection field in the Print-Drawing Layout dialog box.

  6. In the Display Tab Selections dialog box, select the drawing layouts to print.
