Minimize selected windows

Complete the following steps to minimize windows as icons in the bottom-left of the Work area:

1. In the View ribbon, click Switch Windows
   
    
2. In the Windows dialog box, select the windows that you want minimized.
   
   
   
    
3. Click Minimize and then click OK.
