Show and select items

To...

Do the following...

Select a few items in a range

Press the SHIFT key while selecting the items.

OR

Press and hold the mouse button while dragging the pointer around the items.

OR

Use the Select region icon  in the HOME ribbon to make a multiple selection while in elevation view.

Select a few items randomly

Press the CTRL key while selecting the items.

Select all the items

Press the CTRL+A keys.

Reduce the Item List window to a button

Click the Minimize button

Display the Item List and Floor Plan/Elevation area of several designs at the same time.

Use the following commands in the View ribbon.



When a design and the Item List are both displayed vertically or horizontally, select any Plan Item(s) in either window to simultaneously highlight the item(s) in the other window.
