Add a rectangle to a design

The Rectangle command allows you to add a rectangular shape to your design.

Complete the following steps to apply the Rectangle command:

1. In the Annotations ribbon, click Rectangle
   
   

2. In the Floor Plan or Elevation area, click anywhere to set the first corner of the rectangle.
   
   

3. Using the Placement box as a guide, move the pointer diagonally in any direction and click to set the rectangle's dimensions, or enter the coordinates in the fields of the Placement box and press ENTER.
