Rotate an item

To change the angle of an item attached to a wall/construction line or of a freestanding item, use either of the following methods:

 

With the Rotation Handles

1. Select the item (clicking once), and click again to display the rotation handles.
   
   
   
   

2. Select any of the rotation handles and rotate the item to the required angle.
   
   

With the Rotate icon or the Right-click Rotate Command

1. Select the item that you want to rotate and click the Rotate button from the HOME ribbon.  Alternatively, you can point to the item, right-click, and Rotate.
   
   

2. To change the angle freehand, move the pointer in any direction. To rotate by increments of 5 degrees, point to the item while rotating. To rotate by smaller increments, point away from the item while rotating.  Alternatively, you can type the value in the Angle field in the Coords tab of the Placement box and press ENTER.
