You can create a Powerpoint presentation containing saved rendered views to promote your design to your customer.
Note: You will require the Powerpoint desktop app to be able to utilize this feature.
This feature is called Presentation Packet and the icon can be found on the Presentation ribbon.
Note: you can only create one presentation packet at a time. If you wish to update a packet that has already been generated, you need to save the modifications made to the design/kit file first then launch Presentation packet again and click update in the Presentation packet dialog window.
- On the Presentation tab click on the Presentation Packet icon
- In the Presentation Packet dialog box you will see that rendered images is selected by default. The options available to you will be package dependent. There are other customizable options available and if you are interested in accessing these please contact your sales representative to access these.
Note: the next time you use the Presentation Packet it will remember your last selection of images, but these can easily be changed by ticking or unticking the check boxes.
- Once you have selected which images you require click on Generate.
- You will see two progress bars, one shows the progress of the views being created the other shows the progress of the Renders.

You can continue working in Design whilst the process is taking place, click the Presentation Packet icon again to hide the dialog window, click it a second time to reveal it again.
You can also close Design and the Presentation Packet process will continue.
- When both progress bars say Completed you can click Open to view the presentation in Powerpoint, or you can click on the link which will take you to where the packet is stored; in the same location as the .kit file.
Note: If at any point during the process you do not wish to continue with the generation of a Presentation Packet, click the Cancel button first and then the x to close the dialog box.
- When all processes are complete you can click the x to close the window.
