Some users may experience temporary login issues, due to a Revenera certificate update.
If this occurs you will see the following message:
Cannot connect to server (FlexNet)
Please check your internet connection or contact your account administrator
How to fix it:
To help you prepare, we’ve outlined the key details below. Admin credentials may be required for the steps, so we recommend working with your IT team to ensure a smooth process:
Option 1:
- Click here to download the certificate installer.

Save the file to your Desktop.
- Double-click on the file named "certupdate.exe".
- Click OK on the message that will pop up.
You may now reopen your Design application and reconnect using your email and password.
Option 2:
- Click here to download the new zipped certificate folder.

Save the folder to your Desktop.
- Extract the file to a temporary folder (Note: There are 4 certificate files in it)
- Double-click on the file named “amz-all-compliance.flexnetoperations.com.cer” and follow the installation instructions provided below:
Installation process:
- In the Welcome to the Certificate Import Wizard screen select Local Machine and click Next.
- In the Certificate Store select Automatically select the certificate store based on the type of certificate and click Next.
- In Completing the Certificate Import Wizard click Finish.
You may now reopen your Design application and reconnect using your email and password.
