The Design Flex program uses a Local license to allow offline use if the software can't connect to our servers during login. This might happen for a few reasons:
- Internet issues
- Server problems during sign-in
- Local firewall settings
- Full cache storage
If you run into this error while using Design Flex, here are some steps you can try to fix it:
1 - Check that your license is up to date and active. You can do this by visiting myaccount.2020spaces.com and looking under the Manage Subscriptions section.
2 - Make sure your internet connection is stable and your Wi-Fi signal is strong.
3 - Besides the knowledge base, we’ll post banners to let customers know if there are any server connection issues affecting sign-in.
