You can place and stack drawers in the Closet add-on with Design.
To place standard drawers, baskets, special racks, etc., you must first change the width of a section to a standard value such as 24''.
- In the Attributes of the PNLS, change the User Defined Section width of Sections 2 to 24 and click OK.
Note: Design automatically adjusts the width of parts in sections 1, 3 and 4. - While pressing the CTRL key to select the 2 DRWC9 drawers in Section 2.
- Press the DELETE key.
- Use the Placement Tool to place two DRWS9 where the DRWC9 used to be in Section 2.
Note: Use the CTRL key to facilitate the placement of the drawers. - Save the design (CTRL+S).
Stack Custom Drawers in Section 2
- Click on SHFF at the bottom of section 2 (handles must appear at the ends).
- Type 0 in the Offset field of the Place tab in the Placement Tool.
- Type DRWC in the Quick Search area of the Drag & Drop list.
- Click on DRWC9 in the Drag & Drop list.
- Click the up arrow twice in the Placement Tool.
- Click on DRWC6 in the Drag & Drop list.
- Click the up arrow twice in the Placement Tool.
- Save the design (CTRL+S).
Stack Custom Drawers in Section 3
- Click once on the right arrow in the Placement Tool.
- Click once on the down arrow in the Placement Tool.
- Select DRWC9 in the Drag & Drop list.
- Click twice on the down arrow in the Placement Tool.
- Save the design (CTRL+S).
Add Fixed Shelves that Snap to Drawers
- Type SHFFD in the Quick Search area of the Drag & Drop list.
- Click on SHFFD in the Drag & Drop list.
- Select the top drawer in Section 2.
- Click the up arrow.
Note: The width of the shelf is automatically adjusted. - Repeat steps 3 and 4 for Section 3.
- Save the design (CTRL+S).
