Time tracker export capabilities
Designers can now export the automatically tracked time they spend creating and modifying designs into a structured CSV file, making it easier than ever to integrate this data into external tools and workflows. Generate time reports for clients, stakeholders, or internal reviews without manual tracking or guesswork. For more information on the Time tracker click here.
Rendering improvements
360 panoramic views are now available in Cycles rendering engine. A 360 view helps clients virtually look around their space to better understand the layout and overall feel of the design. It is something a single static image cannot fully convey.
Previously, this was a tedious and time-intensive process, it is now faster and best quality to set the right expectations from the start.
Message for unsupported items from Spaces Flex
During the import process from Spaces Flex into Design Flex, users will now be notified if the CDF (Common Design Format) file contains items that are not supported by the current version. This ensures transparency without interrupting the import workflow.
Stacked molding from Cloud catalogs
This enhancement ensures that molding selections are accurately represented in both client-facing visuals and installer-ready drawings. As more cabinet manufacturers adopt cloud-based catalogs, the designer workflow is streamlined from accessing up-to-date manufacturer content to accurately documenting detailed installation requirements with confidence. Flex platform
Saving User Preferences to Flex
Design Flex now supports storing a user's Display Tab Schemes in the cloud, enabling a more consistent experience across sessions and devices. For more information on synchronizing your Display Tab Schemes click here.
User-level access on Flex platform
Admins who have activated the Flex Cloud can now manage access on a per-user basis. From the Users section in the Admin area, admins can enable or disable Flex Cloud access for individual users. This allows organizations to roll out Flex Cloud gradually, based on their needs. For more information click here.
User Role groups on Flex
Admins have more ability to customize user roles. The updated User roles interface makes managing access more intuitive. Instead of checkboxes for permission levels, you’ll now see a dropdown menu for each component, allowing you to choose between Can View or Can Edit. For more information click here.
Export your Contacts or Projects from Flex
Admins can control who can export data. The export functionality for contacts and projects is now available based on the user role assigned. Users can only export data they have permission to view. Export options are disabled (greyed out) for users without the appropriate permissions. For more information on how to export your Contact or Project lists, click here.
