You will continue to manage your users via your Cyncly account. However, on the Flex platform users will be listed and you can give them different types of access to each shop. The default options are No Access, All rights and System User Group. There may be other options available dependent on whether you have set up user roles - for more information see article Flex: User roles
To access the user list click the Settings cog at the bottom of the left hand menu bar and, under Admin area select
Users.
The Users page shows a list of all users and their email addresses, along with the permissions set per showroom. In this list view you can click a column heading to change the sort order of the list.
